Thanksgiving Day

We are thankful today and everyday! Started the morning with a very chilly 5k Turkey Trot at the Hammock. Afterwards we hung out at home while Jared fried a turkey then enjoyed a delicious lunch at Mammy and Pappy's house. We ended the day with a family movie at the theater, Disney's Frozen. It was so good and both kids sat and enjoyed the whole thing. I see this being a favorite movie of their's!

Go Gators!

It was fun taking Brooker and Mary Kate to our old stomping grounds this weekend! Jared and I drove around reminiscing about all the fun places we loved and memories we made when we lived in Gainesville. We stopped at Jack's for BBQ on the way up and made it to the game just in time to get in our seats and watch the Gators run onto the field. The kids ate about anything and everything they could get their hands on! We left at halftime and walked around campus a little. Afterwards we checked into our hotel and went to BJ's for dinner. The kids were exhausted but did well! On our way home Sunday we made a stop at Gander Mountain for some Christmas shopping. We also got a pick me up at Starbucks in Lake Wales and Brooker, Mary Kate, and Jared rode the carousel in the mall. These are family memories I don't ever want to forget!
