This morning was exciting...very exciting! Brooker competed in his last tri of the season in Clermont. He's done two other races in the Clermont series, improving his time from race one to race two by 2 minutes. We were eager to see how today would go with his new bike and increased confidence! He was amazing....swam, transitioned, biked, transitioned, and finally ran so swift and smooth...a great race for him. We were so happy to learn that he shaved THREE minutes off his previous time and finished the race in 19 minutes and 26 seconds. He was 1st out of the 7 year olds and 4th in his age division (6-8 year olds). What a FUN way to end a fantastic triathlon season!
